We are excited to offer you once again this coffee that we have sourced directly from the farmers, Marco and Maricela Oviedo! They are a part of the Farmers Project, which is where our last Costa Rica was sourced from as well. The Farmers Project was started to help local farmers in Costa Rica sell their coffee for a fair price to support their workers, their farms, and their families. Sharing this vision, farmers are able to learn from one another, share best practices, and export their specialty coffee together.
One of these farms is Sircof Farm. This high-altitude coffee is graced by the gentle weather of the Central Valley coffee zone. Marco and Maricela care for their land and a diversity of crops surrounding Sircof. Many of these farms border protected forest areas, providing a positive co-existence between sustainable farming and a prospering environment.
This fresh crop was ethically sourced with 100% traceability and for those reasons we are super proud to offer it to you, the last person in the coffee chain! We hope you enjoy.
We roast for online orders weekly, as it’s important to us to get you the freshest coffee possible! All orders placed before 11:59 pm EST on Sunday will ship on Thursday. Orders placed after Sunday will be shipped by Thursday of the following week. All orders shipped USPS Priority Mail.
